I don't think so. Maybe you should go to a Rapid Care place, I think they will bill you? Also, you could go to your County Hospital, the state will foot the bill if you can't. Not that I encourage mooching off the Government, but sometimes ya gotta do, what ya gotta do.

you can buy over the corner eye snot stuff too. look in the eye drops section of any pharmacy. they sell a weak antibiotic for pink eye there.
