I live in the US. I can't remember where I heard it, but they kept asking the IRS to show them where the law was that states they have to pay it, and the IRS wouldn't comment.:unsure:
yeeeeaaah.... My ex girlfiends parents decided to play that legal route... a few weeks later the IRS was taking pictures of their house and people were following them around. I dunno what ever bacame of it.. I spilt.
Sounds pretty f'ed up.. They can raid your home with guns and take what they want, just for not paying a couple grand in taxes.
Sounds like a goon squad.
So you know there is a law? Can you point me to where I might find this?

Paying taxes is voluntary, i.e. the government gives you an opportunity to collect your own information, determine the correct amount you owe and pay it.
If you really want more information, sure.
That not what I asked. I asked, where can I find a law that requires Americans to pay federal taxes?
