It gets worse if you already pull a muscle like I did.

My back never bothered me until I pulled a muscle and now it hurts all the time... as do my ankles and knees.

oh and don't even bother Bacon...

whats :dunno I can relate...I pule my lower back out when I was younger and now if I'm not carefull and stretch it right it will hurt really bad
