Walking requires no gear, no training, and fits almost any schedule. Do you treat walking as exercise or relaxation? Have regular walks changed your mood or energy levels? What makes a walking route enjoyable for you?

I think walking is underrated outdoor activities. I don't see a lot of people walking for fitness and health, as well as fun outdoor activities. However, I walk regularly.

Walking is simple and accessible, yet it provides exercise, mental clarity, and a way to connect with nature. Despite its benefits, it’s overlooked compared to high-intensity sports or trendy fitness activities.

I started walking from my house down the street instead of taking a bike, just the 15 minutes walk is enough. But people underrate it because it’s not flashy like you are using the gym. Walking clears my head when I'm bothered.

Yeah I can definitely see it being underrated. It's a good way to get exercise and it's not too straining on your body. Plus you can interact with nature more while on a walk.
