Racist is insulting someone because of the colour of their skin, like using the word nigger to address a black man. Stereotyping is talking about things people are portrayed to have done, or what is in their lifestyle, i.e Black people eating fried chicken, because they have been portrayed, rightly or wrongly, as having a favour for fried chicken. Or....I dunno, french people eating frogs legs. As I said, for those reasons, that video was stereotyping, not racist.
