I have a 14 yr old little sister who lives in WI, with my mom, and she acts like she's friggin latin!! She's white as all get out, too(we have different fathers). And they live in a predominantly white neighborhood. She gets it from school.

DUDE my sister in law is the SAME way!!! She started talking with a freaking hispanic accent...like she can't speak english well...when it is her first language!!! She is white!
