It is where I live. How about in Michigan?I think not having the internet cuts people off from a lot of information and services. Not sure about the human right aspect per se, but internet access is about more than youtube, porn, and whatever else. People in need can find a lot of helpful information on the internet to help them get out of their situations, so I think internet access should at least be readily available at libraries or career centers.

The imporant words of the above being: 'Access to', 'uncensored.' Having the right of access is different to having a direct right to something, and an uncensored internet is as important in the western hemisphere as it is in China and the middle-east.
