Even relaxation often involves a screen. Do you feel the difference between screen-based and physical recreation? Which non-screen activities actually help you unwind? How do you make space for them consistently?

It is true that people are now spending more time online than doing offline activities and recreation is now being heavily screen centered, but out door recreation is also rapidly growing, people are getting engaged with out door activities like hiking, trekking, traveling, etc.

Physical recreation is much better than recreation with a draw application because you are not in the front of the screen and that could be something to share good moments with friends and family.
