Many adults return to childhood interests like gaming, music, or collecting. Is this comfort, creativity, or avoidance of stress? Which old hobby did you reconnect with? Did it feel the same or completely different?

Yes, nostalgia definitely plays a role. Old hobbies feel familiar and low pressure, especially in a fast, digital world. Revisiting them offers comfort, identity, and a sense of control. For many, it’s less about the past itself and more about slowing down and reconnecting.

Actually, a lot of my old hobbies are getting away from me. I don't find myself getting back to my old hobbies. I can't speak for other people, though.

Nostalgia brings people back beautiful moments from the past, which enhances our happiness. ...We feel nostalgic about an old hobby or activity, but revisiting it years later isn't really for me. Sometimes I just think about it and move on
