People focus on fixing problems instead of preventing them. Do you have habits that protect your mental health daily? What early warning signs do you watch for? How do you maintain balance before things spiral?

In many ways, yes. Maintenance, like healthy routines, therapy check-ins, mindfulness, and stress management, helps prevent issues from escalating. Recovery is crucial after a crisis, but consistent maintenance often reduces the need for intense recovery and supports long-term resilience.

You can recover from mental health but if you do not maintain your mental health, you might again slip to the same condition. mental health does not recover just like a physical diseases. Maintaining mental health is really hard
