That could be your own Internet Service Provider connection issues (Time outs) or connection issues on your end.
Make sure connections are in order. Maybe do repair. Maybe restart might help too.

Oh well, scratch that bright idea. Could be some teething issues with some new upgrading recently. I haven't been having any issues like that but I've seen some other members complaining of similar issues as you.
Report it on Feedback & Suggestions thread if you haven't already done so.
I hope the problem gets sorted out soon cause I can well imagine it must be a bitch to be having those probs.
Edit: Have you tried clearing your browser caches etc?

I'm having the exact same issues. I've used Safari, Firefox and IE, I've cleared cookies and caches. Most of the time, I don't even get the log-on page. I get the same message that Betty had. The few times I can get logged in, it knocks me out after reading a thread or two. This has been going on about 30 hours. I probably won't know if this even posts...

try running spyware and anti-virus........so far i haven't had it......and mine gets scanned regularely
