While short-term benefits are clear, can long-term fasting cycles affect hormones or metabolism negatively? How do we balance discipline with sustainability?

It is of course sustainable, but sadly most of us are the slave of taste buds and would like to eat frequently.

Fasting is a great way to improve health. I fast in the month of Ramadan, as I am a Muslim. Research shows that fasting can even help reverse ageing. It can help cure many problems.

Intermittent fasting can be sustainable long-term if it fits your lifestyle and health needs. Many find it easier than calorie counting, but consistency and balance are key. However, it may not suit everyone. especially those with certain health conditions or irregular schedules. So personalization is important.

It is for me. You just have to discipline yourself and continue it if it is giving you wants you want whether long term or short term
