I think to a certain degree it's possible, but you'd have to move to decentralized platforms. Also in most cases your data is already out on the internet so it's hard to scrub it. What you can do if you're wanting better privacy is to use a VPN while browsing the internet, use platforms like Protonmail for your email provider, use platforms that are decentralized. For example forums, Lemmy which is a Reddit clone. Never use the same password of course for different accounts, some people even use burner email addresses. Also there's other operating systems you can use for your PC and phone other than Windows, Android, and Mac. Graphene is an alternative phone OS, there's also Linux too and there's lots of Linux distros to choose from.
