Play is often associated with children, not adults. Do playful activities still have a place in your routine? What counts as play for you? How does play affect your mood and social connections?

Yes, often it is. Adults are expected to focus on work, responsibilities, and productivity, so playful activities, games, creative projects, or just goofing around, are seen as frivolous. Yet play boosts creativity, reduces stress, and strengthens social bonds, making it essential for well-being.

This is why they say adulthood is a scam. With adulthood you have no room of playing. How would you when you have hills upon bills to pay.

I do not think adult play is undervalued. Adults play games, sports, go to gym, engage in recreational activities and all are play.
