Life routines change with work, age, and responsibilities. Do you aim for a fixed system or flexible habits? Which habits stayed with you long term? How do you restart after falling off track?

I’d say it’s both. You build core habits, like regular sleep, balanced meals, and exercise but you constantly adjust them as life changes, schedules shift, or new information emerges. Flexibility keeps a healthy lifestyle sustainable over the long term.

You can build healthy lifestyle, and at the same time you can also constantly adjust to healthy lifestyle. For instance, you can go to bed early and wake up early and build a healthy lifestyle. You can also adjust to healthy lifestyle by avoiding alcohol or tobacco.
