Introvert or Extrovert?

I'm an extrovert really. I need people and I get so bored and unhappy when forced to spend long amounts of time by myself.

Although I enjoy my alone times, I am with you on this :nod: I get easily bored and uncontented/unhappy when spending loooooooonnnggggggggg amounts of time by myself

When I party, I like to party hard followed by a couple of days where I just stay in doors and dont speak to anyone - so ambivert, I guess

I'm finally accepting that I am no longer an introvert. I can strike up a conversation anytime, any where, with anybody. And hit it off with strangers really well. I blame working retail. :nod:

I find that I'm the same way, and also blame retail to an extent!

Once you force yourself to be more of an extrovert, talking to all kinds of people becomes much easier.

I feel I should expand a little on mine.

I was a pure Introvert but forced my self to become an Extrovert it worked to a degree but ended up somewhere in the middle, I still prefer reading and browseing the internet and doing things on my own but going out with people and having a laugh is somehting I do more now too.
I guess Cadets helped with that, it sorta forces you to talk to people and get involved

I enjoy being alone sometimes and I can keep myself occupied (eg I am an avid reader and that's not really something I can do with other people around) but I prefer to have at least one person with me.

At uni, I do crave people being around.
Right now my two housemates have left home for christmas, so I spend a lot of time round friends or get them round here. Not even to do anything as such, just to have someone else in the room lol
