Most of you know I have a really screwy schedule. I don't usually get up until noon-ish.

I went to sleep after midnight last night, on the couch since I was home alone, with the lights and tv on. I woke up at 630 and I actually feel rested. I'm surprised, I figured I'd have a hell of a time getting up.

Don't you love it when that happens! It is very rare but when it does...oh man....it is like hitting the jackpot!

I envy your amount your sleep/ how awake you are ratio. I have been getting too much sleep the past few nights which has been as bad as not getting enough. I have been stressed so I have been going to bed at 8 and waking up at 5:30. The next day I am just as tired as I would be if I slept only 3 or 4 hours.

I have heard before it has something to do with the cycles of sleep. If you wake up during the wrong part of the cycle it messes you all up. Who knows if it is true or not. If it is, it seems likes the bastards who discovered it could give us a few helpful hints and keep us from suffering!

the last few days been sleeping longer but during the day... and i thought i will feel better but actually i don't .only is my eyes look better lol

I try to change and go to bed at nights last night i went and sleep but still wake up early in the morning ..didn't get up stay there and fall asleep again ..i got up later and i had 7 hours of sleep..i thought thats great i will not sleep during the day and i didn't ..but been home all day and been busy after i watch some tv at about 7pm i fall asleep for an hour ..maybe a little over ..anyway seems i ruin the night sleep again :mad

but even if i sleep more still tired:(

Most of the time i sleep for 4 hours, and it takes 2-4 hours to go to sleep . but for the past week and a half i have been able to go to sleep in under 30 minutes and sleep for 8-12 hours. and yes i feel really REALLY bad when i get up from a 12 hour sleep. its very odd for me.
