a train journey in india is an experience i think everyone should have, its dirty ,noisy, the views from the windows are mind blowing, the train children and beggers make you want to weep, but it is something that im pleased i have expereinced.
on along train journey i had the pleasure of sharing my compartment with three tibetan monks, they spoke no english and i know absolutely no tibetan..sosreakahl ..is my only hindu.despite this these men were an absolute pleasure to share several hours with, they giggled and shared my tic tac mints with loud oohs and ahhs .
this man is their inspiration and his writing and their scriptures still inspire me today even in my new faith

Ah Stephen Hawkings. I recognize his name, but don't know enough about him to comment. I'll have to look him up. Thanks Debz for elaborating. :)

i was at work when this happened, the tv was on and everybody stopped and watched and a couple of people were in tears ,it was such a huge thing for them,

what inspires me about this man is that after years of imprisonment and torture he came out of prison with no hatred or need for revenge but a desire to change things in south africa...and now to change things in the world and end world poverty.

he was considered by the south african government who imprisoned him to be a terrorist, but turned into a great and inspirational man

Spread Love

Spread love everywhere you go:
first of all in your own house.
Give love to your children,
to your wife or husband,
to a next door neighbor . . .
Let no one ever come to you
without leaving better and happier.
Be the living expression of God's kindness;
kindness in your face,
kindness in your eyes,
kindness in your smile,
kindness in your warm greeting.

Mother Teresa
