I think people use religion to justify fighting by claiming divine authority, defending beliefs, protecting sacred lands, opposing differing views, or motivating followers, often turning faith into a tool for power and control.

They think they have to fight to defend their god. How foolish is their though. Does the almighty need support from feeble humans?

Whatever reason people have to Make use of religion to justify fighting, it's all doesn't make sense to me. As humans we cannot fight for our Creator. He neither needs us to fight for him nor avenge on his behalf.

People often use religion to justify fighting by framing conflicts as a defense of faith, sacred land, or moral order. For example, in the Crusades, European Christians saw military campaigns in the Holy Land as a divine duty, while some modern groups invoke religious texts to legitimize violence. Leaders may interpret scripture selectively to rally followers, presenting opponents as enemies of God or righteousness.
