In need of prayer . . .

The corporate office of my husband's company has done away with the department that my husband is in charge of at his company. The corporate office has decided they are going to do his job here in AZ from their NJ office in order to save money. So our family is currently without any income at all. My husband is extremely hurt by this as he loved his job.

I have faith that the Lord has a better opportunity in store for my family and that all will work out for the good. Please keep us in your prayers.

I woke up this morning feeling a bit tense. I don't want these feelings to take me over. I can't stand being ruled by emotions, they annoy the hell out of me because in times like these emotions can get negative and one can start to believe that negative self talk. I just have to keep the faith that this happened for a reason even though I don't know what that reason is yet.

Please pray that something good comes through for him soon as I don't want to be under this burden of concern for too long. It is hard on us.

Awww Grace, I am so sorry.
Didn't your husband's company give him any sort of a severance package? It seems like most large companies will give their employees x weeks of pay for x weeks of service. I would hope he got that.
Everyone has said pretty much everything I thought, so I'll just reitterate that worry won't do anything at all. Stay positive and focus on getting each other through this time.
