Well, most people tell you that you need to avoid impulse buying but I’ll admit it, I enjoy impulse buying and struggling to eliminate impulse buying. When I feel low, I often shop online, and most of the times for things I don’t really need. Do I regret it? Not really. If it lifts my mood, I consider it money well spent. But I do recognize the need for better financial discipline.

Impulse buying can feel exciting and satisfying briefly, triggering dopamine rushes. However, it often leads to regret, clutter, and financial strain, so practicing mindful spending helps balance enjoyment with responsibility.

Impulse buying offers a quick thrill, sparking joy and excitement. I try to he mindful and set limits ro balance enjoyment with smart spending, making purchases more satisfying long-term.

Impulse buying thrives on cravings. And being able to satisfy cravings really feels good. It is just living for the moment. But we have to be rational in life though.

It feels good at the point that someone is just buying because they feel like. That adrenaline rush and emotional soothing makes it feel good. It is only later when reality sets in and we just realised that we wasted money that we start feeling bad.

I don't like Impulse buying as it is an unplanned purchase that may not fit into my budget. Impulse buying can be influenced by a number of factors like the shopper's emotional state, need for instant gratification but I don't fancy it
