I wonder how music impacts your lives. This can be some grand sense if you want to go there and talk about how music is how you keep stable, or it could be how individual songs make you react. For me when it comes to studying (when i did study) I would listen to some quiet monotonous instrumentals off of youtube that kept me focused on the work I had to do. I found myself feeling overwhelmed if I didn't try to balance out taxing my brain with pleasing it. Additionally I used music as a crutch to work out when I first began. When I would go for walks or lift and such I couldn't do it in quiet. I needed that mental distraction of music to take some focus off of being aware of exactly every step or movement I did. I would not go out on walks if I didn't have my music device charged up. These days I don't require music to go about what should be normal activities, but when I first stepped into that ring I couldn't function without it.

When l wake up in the morning l play my music and l usually play my music for most of the day, for me music lifts my mood and it also sets me on the right path for the day, music is so powerful that it can heal a lot of things like heartache, stress and depression and that's just naming a few. My mp3 player is my best friend and so is youtube as l like to search for music once every two weeks.

I've gained most of my musical skills through my grandmother, who through music taught me valuable life lessons. She just always found a way to relate life to music and vice versa. For example, I was about 6 or 7 years old when I started to learn how to ride a bike and each time I fell to the ground she would simply tell me that it's ok, to get back onto my bike and to keep going until I achieve my goal. She would then explain to me that it's like performing on stage, when you make a mistake you can't just stop. The audience isn't going let you start over or stop all together. You have to keep going, you have to finish what you started, never give up. I applied this philosophy with every challenge in my life. When you make a mistake on stage and keep going no one would even realize that you fell off the bike.

When I run out of words to say, I let music do the talking for me. When I'm short on inspiration, I listen to music to shed some light on me. When I need to feel at ease and secure, I run to music to give me calmness and security. Music has been a part of my life for such a long time now. It's basically one of my favorite forms of soul therapy.

Music is such a big part of my life that it's not that it's not even funny. I'm am a music blogger and journalist for one. If I'm not listening to music then there is most likely a song stuck in my head while I am doing whatever it is that I am doing. I always like to say "music is life" and I really believe that with all my heart.

I like listening to music from a good time and a good year in my life. It makes me feel like I've gone back into time, especially if it's a song that I thought I had forgotten about.

Music is everything to me, music is everything in my life it has impacted a lot my life, listening to Gospel music, listening to hip-hop music, listening to Afrobeat music, listening to reggaeton music reggae music has been great for there has never been a time where listening to music makes me feel sad no I always listen to music when I'm sad to make me feel good to cheer me up to lift my spirit up and to be honest, without music I think I would have gone crazy, without music I would have done some nasty things that I'm not supposed to do, music consoles me.

I wonder what life will be like without music. Music makes life beautiful. I use to play music every night before going to sleep. Classical music help me to relax when am meditating. Psychological, I can not do without music.
