i went to the psychiatrist right before iw as about to graduate from college.. there was just like 1238123 things on my mind.. and i had all the symptoms you wrote in red. i got some meds that i was on for about 6 months until things settled down... sometimes just knowing that you have spoken to someone and you are on medication actually cures you... he could have given me pez and i woulda been pleased (the placebo effect)

yeah. thats usually how it is for me. Ever since I was 11 I have been on and off meds, usually from 3-6 months on at a time, every 2 or 3 years or so. I don't think I'll ever be "cured" or normal.

well i think i know what my issue is. im a little relieved but still slightly worried becauseim not sure if this is it or not...or just something that added to or triggered something that was alreayd there. I will be in a hellhole for the next 72 hours if im right : /
