I call my chili 4.5 alarm chili. It's not quite as spicy this time. I changed from using diced chilies to using diced jalapeños, and so I went lighter with my sriracha sauce than I normally do. So this is probably 4 alarm chili.

I get a roast usually and cube it, and then marinate it in beer over night to soften it up.

It tastes good.
