Ok so by this I'm assuming these are kids you're talking about. It's most likely not their fault they're illegally in another country, one would assume that to have graduated from high school in California they'd have had to have been brought there by their parents. If they're smarter and harder working than someone lucky enough to have been born into the US, why shouldn't they get the places and the funding?

I quickly established after they had my file wrongly (under their explicit advisement) they were dorks when they refused to refund or apply the money to the proper forms we needed. Some... 500 bucks.:thumbdown:mad

Oh I hear ya, we had to pay out the ass cause they wouldnt accept my application cause I use two names back in the UK my name at birth and the one I was given when my step-dad legally adopted me.. I had to get my mum to get the adoption papers send them to me and reapply for another like $600... Anyway they can screw you I swear!!!

They give more help to illegals than those of us who spent time effort and money to come here legally like Audra is saying about School tuition!! Its ridiculous... Funny thing also pertaining to this thread I actually applied for a school loan a few years back after being accepted to a nursing school and got denied as I was not a Citizen.... But now they are giving Tuition to people who are not even here legally its utter crap IMO!! I am all for helping those in need but this is BEYOND dumb and anyone's child who is not accepted to a school or given tuition cause they are to busy given OTHERS the spots and money I am sad for cause its not right!! If this is going to be the case what is the point of immigration AT ALL they are giving them all the help they need to stay here illegally get training and tuition... Screw it I petition immigration be abolished seeing as its not really doing this country any good anyways!!!
