If you had to pick one kind of food....

If I was not diabetic....Peanut Butter and Jelly...I would kill for one!..

Still being Diabetic....oven baked chicken breasts seasoned with my personal blend of italian seasonings, Rice Pilaf, and Lima Beans
 
Hmm...i have so many favorites...

a. My homemade chicken marsala w/ special seasoned badder, sauteed in mushrooms, asparagus and dry Marsala wine.

b. Baked chicken with rice and broccoli

c. Bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, pickles and ketchup

d. Chicken cutlet sammich w/ swiss, lettuce, bacon
 
mmm...or PBJ on english muffins....or between two pancakes....or on pita bread, biscuits, toast...mmmmm
 
here is the million dollar question...what kind of PB...creamy or crunchy, jelly flavor, and brand of PB?
 
Jam slides onto the bread easier without clumping up. But Jif PB is best, and we always get Bama jelly or jam anyways, and I can't really complain. Oh, and it doesn't matter whether creamy or crunchy, I prefer creamy for a PB sandwich, and crunchy for PBJ.
