I wish I would have went onto college right after high school instead of jumping out into the workforce and paying taxes..

now I am 41 years old and working in a factory and my employer is paying for my future occupation (college degree)

Well for starters, I'd kick my recruiter in the balls and tell him to kiss my ass. Seriously though, I don't like to think about things like this because what's happened has happened. I'd rather focus on the future than the past.
