10 years ago i would have said yes , find me a place i can get 8 to 10 % today , i've got some money in a jumbo cd for 8 years now at 8.5% thats a 10 year cd but you can't find them right now.

a jumbo is just a 10 year cd the longer they keep it the better for a higher return on your money , right now you may get 5% on a 10 year cd , a little advice start putting as much as you can now don't wait .
