So today was my first day at the jobby job. I had to be downtown at like 8:30...so i left my house at like..7:20...didn't want to get stuck in traffic and be late. Apparently today no one else was going to work or something, lol. It took me 20 mins to get there. So I sat and waited for about an hour before we started orientation. Then of course there was one girl there who had to ask a specific question after EVERYTHING that was said. Like when they were explaining the dress code...they said we couldn't wear flip flops, and she was like "but what about like...thong dress sandals?" I wanted to shoot this girl, it was seriously way too early for me to be annoyed. Then I drank like 3 cups of coffee, not realizing that I already took some midol that has caffeine in it...so my leg started shaking lol. We got out of training at like...11:30. Then they told us to be at our branches at 1:30, so getting a 2 hour lunch was cool. I went home and let the dogs out and ate, then went up to my branch. Today was hilarious, the system was down in all the houston branches, and if people didn't have their account numbers they couldn't withdraw or deposit money. So we had a LOT of angry customers to deal with lol. It was interesting to say the least. And the shitty part about the system being down for me is that I couldn't get my logon ID, which means that I can't participate in the online training class tomorrow. The classes are 2 weeks long, and chronological, so I am kind of SOL for day 1 haha. Oh well. We will see how things go tomorrow. Sorry for the rambling, I'm a little delerious, I didn't get much sleep last night lol.
