Anyone have any secrets on how to get a red kool-aid stain out of a white shirt? I was told to try Pine Sol, I tried it but didnt work.

What ever you use.... DON'T put it in the dryer if it didn't come out in the wash. It will permanently set the stain in. :D

what about that clorox magic marker thing?

Ive tried a Tide pen thingy I had....no luck :( I think the spill must have been on there too long.

Yeah I learned that the hard way one time with one of my white work shirts. I had spilled pancake syrup on it, needless to say I put it in the dryer and the stain set in.:willy_nilly:

Or you can do the bachelor fix....

Mix a strong batch of red kool-aid and soak the whole shirt in it over night. Then you won't be able to tell where the stain was.

:24::24: that'll definately be an option........but my last option. I have a feeling if I did that my child will strike me down :ninja

Take ammonia and hot water in equal amounts and mix it together. Put it in a sprayer bottle and spray it on the stain. Put a towel on top of it and iron it with it set to it's highest setting. The stain should transfer onto the towel.

Kool aid is a beast!

This has and has not worked for me. It's worth a shot though.

Drop 5 or 6 drops of Dawn dish washing liquid into some warm water. (The original blue kind, not any of the fancy new stuff.)

Dampen a white cotton cloth (old cloth diaper works well,) with the dishwashing liquid and water mixture and lay it over the stain.

Then put your clothes iron on top of it, on the 'low' setting

Let this sit for fifteen minutes, and don't press down!!
The kool aid color should start to wick up into the cloth.... You should be able to see some of the kool aid color on the cloth. Fold it to use a clean part or apply a new cloth, with fresh liquid and repeat the method as needed.

If everything else fails... Bleach the crap out of it. ;)
