I wore flip-flops to work today

That's the relationship I had with my boss two jobs ago. We very rarely even talked about work when he called me up (he worked from home in Seattle and I worked from home in San Antonio). There were plenty of insulting obscenities sent both directions. :24: I keep hoping that they'll increase his budget so he can re-hire me as their IT Manager (he's the CIO). He keeps asking if I'll come back for what I was making before... which would be a $15k pay cut. I keep telling him there's no way I'll put up with his shit again for less than $65k.

I wore a pair of Betty Boop flipflops today. I don't usually wear them because I do a lot of moving of supplies and stuff, sometimes several boxes of xerox paper but I didn't feel like being physical today at work so I knew if I work flip flops I wouldn't be called upon to be
