We have been having some real issues with our next door neighbor with harrassment and stalking, etc. Gotta go to court with her June 7th and we talk to a prosector this Fri about her. Its a long drawn out ordeal. She had told us about 3-4 months ago that if we ever decided that we wanted to sell our property (we have 4-5 acres) that she wanted to be considered first. So thats why we have determined that she has been harrassing us, thinking that if she harrassed us enough we would get fed up and move. We couldnt figure out why she wanted the land back so bad. We knew that there was something about it that she knew of that we knew nothing about.
Anyways, I think we figured it all out last night. Across the street, they are starting construction for the new fairgrounds. So more than likely, our property will eventually be turned into commercial property, for either parking for the fairgrounds, or anything that has to do in helping the fairgrounds. In order for them to buy our property for it to be turned into commercial property, someone was telling me that sometimes they offer you up to a million an acre. So I can guarntee you thats why the old bat next door wants it back so bad so she can turn around and sell it for commercial property.
