I read the fucking newspaper and that was a bad fucking idea :mad

Last year the fucking morons at our state capital said the state was broke and they needed to fix the business tax. we had fucking archaic tax that penalized business so they thought they would fix things.

Them dirt fucking rat bastards actually had a fucking $350 million surplus that year and then the fuckers let themselves get another $350 million surplus last year.

They fucking hid it and not the bastards won't give it back. $700 + fucking million in surplus in a god damn state that has 10% unemployment with the auto industry ready to collapse.

Fuck I hate every one of them cocksuckers in the capital. :mad

Now that's a bunch of fucking bullshit right there.

What are they going to do with all that fucking money?

The AG wants it returned.

Boy wonder in the Senate says we need it for the future

What a bunch of fucking lying thiefs.

Cox: State taxpayers deserve $700M surplus refund

Tax relief stimulates economy, forces Lansing to diet

Mike Cox

Fifteen months ago, Michigan taxpayers and businesses were punished with $1.4 billion in new taxes -- the Michigan Business Tax, the 22 percent business tax surcharge and a higher state income tax. Since taxes went up, Michigan's unemployment rate has also increased -- it's now 10.6 percent, the worst in the nation. But the tax revenue keeps pouring in.
Now we find out the state of Michigan is overcharging taxpayers. While families and workers are struggling to make ends meet, state government brought in an extra $712 million this past year on the heels of a $350 million surplus the year before.
Just think: That $712 million surplus means Michigan created the most notorious business tax in the nation, gouged workers and job creators, and badly damaged our reputation with companies looking to expand or relocate, all for no reason.

Gov. Jennifer Granholm's administration says last year's surplus is needed to cover expenses in the current fiscal year. And even with the carryover, the state may have to trim another $200 million from its budget as early as next month.
Even fellow Republicans say a rebate is not in the works.
"With all due respect to the attorney general, to suggest we have a surplus to return to taxpayers is not accurate," said Matt Marsden, spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Mike Bishop, R-Rochester.

Fucking Texas....Now they're saying we ain't got enough money for anything...Might have to tap into the "rainy day fund" to the tune of 2 billion.....With a B

Where did all the fucking loot go? Last time I checked.....We are still paying out the fucking yang in taxes
