This poor fucking woman was trying to ask him to stop and he would scream louder... at one point she put her hands over his mouth to try and stop him... He just a bad fucking little arse...

I do give her some credit she tired to stop him........

I am fucking sick of the self help industry!!! There isn't an aspect of your fucking life that some self-appointed fucking expert doesn't blab on about and write yet another fucking book about Then they do a fucking book tour of the fucking talk shows to promote their stupid fucking useless book and blab on for half an hour about this fucking shit and that fucking bullshit!!! I am sick of all the fucking advice, but I have one huge fucking piece of fucking advice for all those fucking idiots:

i'm a fucking bad mood....aren't I fucking special...right...got to to move my arse...

Mel...I thought I had a virus on my system this morning...I came into my office a round 6:30 this morning and found my system on with a weird BSOD... thankfully all it was was a connection issue....BUT still reminded myself to save some files I hadn't...so I'll do that today sometimes...maybe...lol
