The chick is ditched. However our boxer killed her little fucking mixed breed dog. We have a 4 year old kid and I am thinking about his safety.

you need to fucking make sure that dog learns who the boss is in the house then. the dog needs to be put on his back and made to submit to everyone in the household and do it to the boxer once he calms down first...he must completely submit as in lay down. hold his fucking neck down and put your entire body on him...do the same once he relaxes in the submissive state with the child and everyone else. fucking feed him last, do not give him snacks unless you and the others have eaten first. He must see that he is the last in the pack and you will no longer have an aggressive dog. he must be leashed to you and have to follow you everywhere. right now that dog thinks he the fucking leader of the pack.

I knew a guy that had a wonderful german shepard. It was a great dog but if the post man came to the door it would literally go thru a screen door if it could. They got the dog when it was just a few months old. Something happened to it before they got it.

I still would not trust a dog that has killed. That is taking too much of a risk that it can be an unlearned behavior. IMHO

It very well could have something to do with before we got the dog. I adopted the dog from the Humane Society when he was already a year old. He is about a year and a half now. We would both like to think that yes we are good owners of him. I just fucking dont get it.
