Well today i was feeling VERY girly i have no clue why i just did..

Usually i go into work with a suit on or a nice pair or pants and top or summin and my hair up in some way... Well i didnt sleep last night so at 5am i decided to do something with my hair i curled it and made it all pretty and to top it off i wore a skirt and white shirt today...!!!

SO when i come in the morning they were all given me crap bits here and there nothing i cant handle.. Well my Boss's lil butt leach was just in the break room as i walked past i heard someone make a comment about how nice i looked today and he freaking turned around and was like "don't waste your time on her shes a Carpet munching dyke" To which they all kind of laughed and i walked in and just blew up on him..........

Now my whole office is talking about what he has said, and the bad thing is i don't talk much in RL so NO one in my office really knows anything about me so now they all think its true... So now we have to have a Harasment seminar tomorrow morning over this... or and guess who usually does them .. ME!!! i am so fucking fucked the fuck off! ugh!

That was just not proper and any real man would never talk that way..

My Avatar may say evil inside but I am really a great guy and foremost believe in "respect" for people.. It all comes down to bullying and trying to intimidate people for their own lack of self esteem..

Don't let it bother you too much and I know you have to face them daily but deep down inside you know who you are..

My daughter runs into this shit all the time and only recently started to laugh at them when they tell her this shit.. She has a boyfriend and she has won over all her own battles where bullies no longer win..

The more they get to you the more they will continue..

This is the thing though i am not offended by what he said, i mean i have had girlfriends in the past so there may be a little truth in it, its just the WAY he said it.. He hates me as is cause i obviously intimidate him.... i am the only female in our department and i believe he proberly knows i get paid more than him, hes VERY mormon aswell which i don't get why he would be so vulgar. I mean i know the Mormons in Utah are VERY judgemental of those who don't live the way they do or follow there beliefs and stuff but seriously, to attack my sexuality when its not even true in front of people who i actually have to deal with on a day to day basis is unforgivable and he needs a kick in the nuts!!!!!!

I just went in the bathroom and burst into tears.. i don't even cry alot but he just humiliated me in front of like 5 people!!!

But none the less its none of his business and why would it matter to him..

If he is a Mormon asking him how many wives he truly satisfies ( not just pisses off in bed ) would probably make him feel as small as he made you feel.. Perhaps the fact he can't have you is more his problem then yours..

I remember a comedian saying once how he hates gays.. Not because he was afraid of them, or that he was one of them, but because none of them had every tried to hit on him and he couldn't pick up women either..

His hatred was based on fact he was hated by all.. But most of all he was not even attractive to people he did not find interesting..

I agree with mystic, kick him in the f'ing nuts!

On the real side, he's creating a "hostile work environment" whether it's true or not and which has no bearing on the situation. He should face some disciplinary action for doing that. It's unacceptable.

Forgive me, but what an asshole that guy is. I hope your boss deals with this seriously.

I know your right.. i iwish i had the guts to tell him exactly what i want to say to him. But i cant, i need to just shut my office door and hide in here till the day is over with!!!

You should be if he doesn't. You should use the words, "Hostile work environment". That should get his attention.

No supervisor/boss enjoys hearing them and neither would your HR department.

In an instant, that jerk created that environment for you. He needs to pay.
 
I'm for kicking him in his non-existent stones too... Except you are better than that little man and you'd probably end up being the one fired....
