I blame a fucking 5hour nap last evening then I couldn't' fucking sleep when I did go to bed.

On the odd occasion i have to take a sleeping tablet to get a good nights sleep as i stir all fucking night and only get about 3 hours...tonight may be one of them nights.

I just have an over-active poxy brain...lay down and BING it goes on fucking overtime thinking about everything that is not worth shit thinking about....either that or a song will jump in and won't fuck off....ever been awake for hours on end with the same song going over and over...well it drives me fucking mad lol
