Old is when you find an old photo of your father and realise that there's sod all difference between you and your dad at the same age!!!
This happened to me a few months ago! My mum found a photo and thought it was me untill I pointed out that I didn't own a suit like the one in the pic!!!

I watch them too...and I am old. I'll even admit to liking psych....I don't know exactly why, but I do.
