I miss my 70 Monte Carlo... but it's sitting under a tree waiting on a complete engine rebuild and restore.... some day...

At least you still have it. Made me think how easy some of those cars were to come by back in the late 70's and early 80's. Heck, I'm killing myself for not keep the family Ford Fairlane when it was offered to me. If I only knew then what I know now.

Never dawned on me that you'd be hard pressed to ever find a 3 speed on the column anymore. Use to drive both car and truck driving with one. Failed that dang drivers test with that 3 speed on the column truck (nothing powered) LOL
