When my vision started getting squirrelly. Occasionally with a Migraine my vision gets all screwed up. Last night my eyes were acting up then the Migraine hit. 
I knew it was going to be a long night.

i beleive there is such a thing as an occular (sp?) migraine

I can actually tell the severity of a coming migraine by which eye it hits behind.
Right= Lay down with a cold pack in a dark room. Grab the Tylenol. Will be OK in 2-3 hours.
Left= Call in sick today and tomorrow. Get the big meds out. Curl up into the fetal position. Resist urge to open wrists.

I was told there are even migraines in the ears. When I got my lastest affliction, that is what they told me I might have. Now it turns out I have something in my nerve connecting the ear that will have to be taken out and radiated. At least I have an end in sight. I'm so sorry for your pain, Sam and Fred.
For me it is cold dark & quiet with large doses of excedrine or tylenol. Usually the headache arrives ahead of the vision issue. Last night was not a good night. I also get extreme indigestion and sometimes puke with them. Did not puke but ate enough tums to make a calcium dam.
