I used to not have a big problem with spiders till I got bit by a brown recluse. damn thing bit me on my rib and it hurt to breath for 3 months. I sleep on my side and I had to start sleeping on my back allso. I got lucky in the scaring department tho since mine spread under the skin and didnt swell to bad. All I have is a small scar on my chest but you can feel in my ribs around that area that there isnt as mutch muscle and fat right there.

Any way Im not scared of spiders I just dont like them to mutch any more. now my old roomate on the other hand, get him cought in a spider web and you have never seen a 275lb guy move so fast.

eww speaking of silent a few years back i had a friend...

true story...she kept hearing scratching off to her left...couldnt figure out what it was...4 days went by and it was bugging her soo bad...she finally had her sister come over to try to help her find the scratching...rather waht was making the sound...her sister didnt hear anything

so she went to the doctors...she had a fucking earwig in her ear...crawled in and it was scratching at her ear drum....ewww...she even showed us the doctors report on it...

i hate those too

I seen this HUGE spider in my bathtub one night when I was home alone. I didnt know what to kill it with so I grabbed an encyclopedia and thru it on top of the spider in the bathtub. Killed it alright but I wasnt about it pick up that book YUCK! I left it for my husband to clean up.

LOL !!! this is so friggin funny! I hate that stuff too! especially when they crunch when you squish um!! I got bit by a black widow once. they are all over in cali. you move a pile of wood and they are running out everywhere. eeeew!!

ok so maybe this will explain why im so freaked out by spiders...but its really any kind of bug..not just spiders

a few years ago my ex left a full soda out overnight in my bedroom right on the arm of my bed...when i woke up the next morning it was to the feel of a whole shitload of carpenter ants crawling all over me...they infested my room too i couldnt even wear any of my clothes cause they were all in my dresser. I found this out by putting my leg in my pants and getting bit by one. So yeah I really really hate anything thats small and crawls and doesnt belong in my house. It took me 2 weeks to get all the ants out of my room...and when cleaning running into 2 wolf spiders in the back corner of my closet was not helping...those things scare me too.

so back in college, i had this lil rash on my arm.. and there like 6 dots (looked like chix pox) in a perfectly straight line... hmmm weird i thought... so as the day went on, i started feeling sick, and then really dizzy, and then my hairline started feeling all tingly (like i had pins and needles) so i went to the campus doc



and she said i was allergic to a SPIDER that bit me!!!!!!!!!! ACKKKKKKKKKK

i swear to god i was scared to go to bed for like a month!

I was driving to work one day and a spider crawled out of my visor in front of my face. I freaked. Almost went off the road. I stopped the car and jumped out. I was holding up traffic for about 5 mins till I found it and killed it.

I don't see what the problem is with most people who are afraid of spiders and bugs etc. I mean i don't exactly want to live with them but i wouldn't freak out if i saw one crawling around. At least you killed it.

My daughter went through a fear of bugs and Spiders.. One night she was dead asleep as was I when all of a sudden she screams... I jump up.. go flying into her room, she is hiding in the corner of her closet freaked out about a huge spider in her bed..

I check.. nothing there.. Take her out of her closet.. show her everything is ok..

Turns out the Cat had jumped on her bed and brushed her why she was having a bad dream..

And Even better.. she never actually Woke up.. was spound asleep the whole damn time.. To this day she still swears I am just making it.. She had absolutly no memory of it.

But she did get over her Fear of spiders.
