sooo yummy.
1lb lean ground beef
1c cooked black beans (not canned if you want to be super healthy)
1c diced tomatos
1/4 c salsa
1/4c diced onions
5Tbsp enchilada sauce
1/2 tsp beef fajita seasoning
1/4 tsp cilantro
1/4c skim mozerella
brown beef, then stir in all other shit and cook for like 10-15 min on med/high.
YUMMMM!!!!! And it's super healthy God I wanted to add some sour cream soo bad though. lol. No salt whatsoever needed
edit: after entering this into myfooddiary.com i discovered this wasnt as healthy as i thought it tasted good though! dammit!
