Suspect's blood-alcohol level nearly three times over limit, authorities say

ROSEVILLE-- A 47-year-old Mount Clemens woman accused of causing a crash Monday night that killed four St. Clair Shores teens on their way to get pizza had a blood-alcohol level of almost three times the legal limit, authorities said today.Frances Patricia Dingle is facing four counts of second-degree murder and four counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, causing death, according to Roseville police.
Roseville District Judge Joseph Boedeker arraigned Dingle from her bed at St. John Macomb-Oakland Hospital in Warren, where she was taken for observation "due to the violence of the crash," Deputy Police Chief James Berlin said. She is being held on a $1 million cash bond, Berlin said.
Dingle did not speak at the arraignment, he said. She will be released to the Macomb County Jail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 25.

V, I just talked to the firefighter that responded out there and he told me that he couldn't even tell your cars had hit...LOL!!! Then he said the hood not closing all the way was the only way you could really tell.

BUT on a side note...somehow we got on the topic of the kids and the firetrucks and I mentioned the carwash this past weekend. He said that his Chief has an Autistic son and that we should let them know about further events b/c they would be more than happy to help out!!! He even said that the Chief sent them to a class to learn how to deal w/ Autistic patients!!!

Yea, By Looking at my car, you cant tell there is much damage except the hood doesnt close all the way.. However, lift the hood, and you will see the radiator casing cracked in half, the grill pushed in more than normal and the hood was pushed alittle and caused it the cramp up near the windshield. Her car wasnt even damaged. It had a VERY small scratch on her bumper. It can be buffed out. Mine on the otherhand, will have to go to the body shop. I hope it didnt bend my frame.

Ive already talked to my insurance company- They set me up an appointment to drop my car off tomorrow morning at Randy's Collision at 8am. Not sure how I am gonna drive around because apparently, I didnt have rental coverage on my policy. Go figure.

I think I have overkill on my insurance...I've got coverage out the ying yang!!! BUT it really came in handy when my car pooped out on me (I don't think I posted it here...the computer chip in my engine just went kaput one day)...I didn't pay one cent and all I had to do was sign for my wrecker.

I just got into a car wreck
young ditsy girl (very cute) was driving an expensive Mercedes and was looking at her dogs bleeding butt freaked out swerved into my lane I swerved entirely on the shoulder the she kept coming and side swiped me
scratches down the side and lost a fender piece (this was the left side) then hit sign with right side mirror and it busted
seamed like I got hit much harder
it folded her left front fender like a piece of tin foil
she was admitting and sorry and very sweet she had insurance and so do I
my adrenaline was pouring out my ears lol
