I Jinxed Myself

A few weeks ago I just randomly thought to myself "hmmm, I've had my car 4 years and I haven't had to replace a headlight on my car yet." So a few days ago the driver's side headlight goes out. A few minutes ago I got into my car to take my nephew up to the store and I'll be damned if the passenger's side headlights isn't out too!!!

My dims are bright enough that I often get flashed b/c people think I have my brights on. I got flashed probably a half dozen times on the 4 block trip to the store. Guess I'll be buying headlights tomorrow. LOL

I'll keep my fingers crossed, LOL I've replaced my tail lights a couple of times but those just pop right out.

But......do you stop and ask for directions if you're lost??? Yanno, I just realized it, but in modern day GPS-relying people, that stereotype doesn't really apply anymore.

LOL...good point. Mine stays in my center console usually. I only bought it for out of town trips...after 11 years at 911, I pretty much know all the roads in this county, LOL

my GPS is a little too big to be on the dash/window so I usually have my wife be my co-pilot...

You should get a new one. They're pretty cheap nowadays, LOL I need to get a new window mount for mine...I accidentally snapped my other one in 2. Oops!!!

got a new one just last year (My Magellan went kabloowie) so I got a $150 credit towards a new one, so I bought a monster one and it works just fine. now I just have to find the plug to update the damn thing.
