It's alright. the AC broke over memorial day weekend. 3 days of topped out thermostat sucked.

All my neighbors are noisy party animal assfuckingholes... (mostly over the weekends though) one has a yippy bastard dog (barks like mad when it Tstorms out. lol)

But other than that, good apartment. Secure, MOSTLY quiet... no complaints really.
