I couldn't. Now IF you can find some sugar-free whole wheat version of Oreos, you could. I used the sugar-free pudding, low-fat cool whip, and Neufchatel cheese. You could replace the powdered sugar w/ Splenda, too, but the Oreos are going to be the problem.

I have heard of people making "sand cake" instead by using chocolate chip cookies. I have a recipe for whole wheat sugar-free ones in the SB Recipe thread.
