This is going to take a lot of getting used to. I've seen OTz the old way for almost 6 years.

Yep, rep has moved, and the posting interface has changed with the upgrade to 4.1.

User cp changed to settings at the top of the page and yes you get a notification with a number when you have a new one

I find nothing wrong with the layout. It's a tad confusing at first but thats because it's new... all the thumb suckers need to quit whining.
