they hired a new supervisor for one of the areas i work in at where i work and he comes up to me (hes a younger guy...about 25-26 years old) and wants to learn how i do my job. no problem! i basically give him a crash course in my job, made him read the work instructions for the job i do and he watched me for a bit. i then had him build some parts while i watched. well the guy caught on quick so i decided to pop back to another station to do something else (prep parts). he was there for about an hour and afterwards he had to jet. it was fun telling my boss what to do and let him do some work for a change....lol.
