hell yea- ive been waiting for this letter since before the holidays... they are REALLY slow at the state from thanksgiving-new years

the test is to be a probation officer :banana

i can pick and choose want county or division i want to work in..some are field jobs- and some are desk jobs- but once i pass the test (and yes i will pass the effin test.. lol) my name will be in the statewide system...so any available jobs will have my name waiting to be hired

ideally-- i want the family court.. dealing with child abuse and domestic violence.. i dont think im prepared for the criminal division yet at least not any field work there...

I really want to go into criminal psychology. But I checked into that, and to go somewhere like Notre Dame college for criminal psychology, it would be $30,000 a year. I laughed my ass off when I heard that. Theres no way in hell I could afford that.

well- this is what i did...i got my degree in psychology from a state university.. and once i am hired- the state will pay a % of my tuition to get my masters... then i get the big bucks
