ive got windows 2000 only because my cousin built my coputer before xp came out. it still runs fine, but go with the newest, best, and greatest out there. go with windows xp

Yeah. I got my Father in law a new computer from Dell for $349! Wasn't the best, but good enough for him.

1.6 GHZ processor, 512 mb RAM, 40 gig hard drive
